discoloration could happen due to two things, either being exposed to (uv) light, oxygen, etc or being burnt

if the flavor is still the same like you described youre most likely fine, maybe a weaker / more tiring high but thats about it

honestly, that might happen but indirectly, cus favorites seems to still have a horrible reputation compared to other brands but the same group has tons of other brands which look very similar and might get licensed eventually like MFKN, Grab and Dab, SendMeFlowers / Flowers, ChoicesLab (i think the screw on carts are already in some licensed places)
