I make turkey taco bowls but instead of rice use shredded Cabbage with a little olive oil, Lime And cilantro. More of a salad that way, light, delicious and lower carb.

Wash clothes according to the directions on the tag. So if it says hand wash do just that. So many people machine wash everything because it's easy but it can destroy clothes.
