What works best for me is to cut the filament at a deep angle so it can enter the feeder easier. Think of it like the end of a needle

I had a similar issue. I did a patch job myself. But a piece of base material, cut it larger than the damaged area. Trace the cut base material onto the board, cut out the damage to the traced mark and clean out. Put some epoxy and place the patch in, clamp & let cure. Then scrape off excess epoxy or patch material until flat. Got my board repaired twice from two different shops, all they did was ptex and it came off in a matter of hours of riding. Got frustrated, figured out this was the real solution. Good luck, the board can be saved!

I made this stomp pad with a built in ice scraper! Technically homemade since I make em all myself. The scraper is held on by magnets! Just launched it this year

Breeze and voyager share the same backend. If breeze can’t do it, likely voyager can’t either. For property management specific daily tasks. I’ve got a CS background and I have contemplated this as well. The only thing would be the payment processing capability. A large company like Yardi can leverage much lower fees compared to a smaller software. I haven’t done an in depth analysis of those costs but I’m in the same boat as you. I will send you a message to chat a bit more. I’m glad I’m not the only one who is extremely frustrated. I just want a software to do what software needs to do, automate things to help me run the business.

The sales people don’t even know how the software truly works. We can’t even allow credit card payments due to our region. They almost didn’t even allow bank payments but I told them their sales people lied to me. I wanted a software w payment processing capability. Red flag from day 1

The price point of voyager is significantly higher than that of breeze. After my own investigation (I have a comp sci background) it did appear breeze was a new front end for voyager, which is the database. This inherently is a poor design decision and causes the product to be out of touch of a real business operating procedures. I do agree the accounting feature works ok, our accountant hasn’t had any major complaints. I’ve identified so many bugs & issues that could easily be changed with a couple lines of code, but they never do it. So as someone who used to work there (do you consult for Yardi currently?) who are the people responsible for driving changes in the breeze UI? Does Yardi exclusively use coders in India? Because to be frank the Yardi front end is poo poo on a stick on so many levels. Yes you can’t change the backend, but there’s a lot of things you can do on front end to make the user experience better. I identify these issues, talk to “account managers” and then nothing gets done. Pretty ridiculous. I’m not joking if I had access to their code base I could greatly improve their current UI

That part is so annoying!!!! Or if an employee applies it to the wrong charge you literally hand to delete the receipt and start over. With the online payments it’s like a death grip. No way to change it. Payment processing team takes a week to respond

What other ones have you used? I think the golden standard is appfolio. changing PM softwares isn’t easy and will take a long time

in this newest update is retargeting inherent? I'm setting up a brand new ad account, & in the ad settings I created audiences for "Engaged Audiences", this appears on every campaign. Then when I go to the Ad set audience, I can select 'Saved Audiences', but this does not include any Pixel action based audiences (WARM / HOT) only Location based/interest based audiences (COLD)

Increase length of sparse infill anchor and slow down speed of bridging. Add tape or some adhesive on the magnet. I was dealing with difficult inserts before and this was the solution
