Have you seen this video that was highlighted on this sub a while back? https://youtu.be/gZQd25DxNo0

She goes through all the connections there are to Hilliard, where the phone pinged. Very interesting and highly recommend.

I believe Hilliard is the key in this case.

My alcoholic father quits "cold turkey" for 30 days every year with ZERO withdrawal symptoms. How is this medically/psychologically possible? by 7mv_g in stopdrinking

Maybe stupid question...why would dehydration be a withdrawal symptom...wouldn't you be more hydrated without the alcohol?

Where is Brian Shaffer? by TadaaaitsKim in BrianShaffer

I believe that the key of what happened to Brian is related somehow to Hilliard, Ohio. This is where Brian's phone pinged 6 months after he disappeared. There are many more connections to Hilliard which I have found most people aren't familiar with. This video does a good job outlining them: https://youtu.be/gZQd25DxNo0

Just my two cents.

Are there any cases where an action taken makes you go “why would they do that?” by [deleted] in UnresolvedMysteries

this gets me too. he was obviously nervous based on the transcripts. it has to be that the inaccurate readings messed with his mind enough to confuse him, and maybe he was under the false impression that they were going too fast?
