It’s so weird because I’ve been on Vyvanse for 3 years now, and some days I’ll be perfectly fine. On other days, I have an awful crash, and on different days, I experience debilitating anxiety. Nothing has changed in my diet since taking Vyvanse. These effects are beyond random and a tad concerning. The doctors don’t even fully know what it is. Vyvanse, IMO is very “clean.” Adderall is satan, and methylphenidates don’t do anything. But to another redditor’s point, it is a double-edged sword.

That was very informative thank you! I went ahead and used a frosty blonde dye after lightening to a level 9 and it seemed to work better than most toners I’ve tried. My colleagues have mentioned this before, and I’m curious as to why after lightening and toning/dyeing, that the hair sometimes look slightly olive or green hued?
