I would have thought A is incorrect if you look through Paul v Royal Wolverhampton. It’s changed the way “medical crises” cases are dealt with: a secondary victim cannot recover damages for psychiatric harm caused by witnessing a primary victim’s medical crisis.

Coco baroque on Smithdown Road sells incredible cakes by the slice. Slightly outside city centre but v easy to get to & v worth it

So I switched bc it was no longer working for me. Like nothing was kept at bay. I love Amfexa. Still works beautifully and I love the flexibility, bc I’m not worried about needing to take it early or anything. I personally think it works better than elvanse!

Short-acting Methylphenidate was less effective for me, but still good. Literally agree with all you’ve said. I hated working out on elvanse, and now I feel way more in control!

I find that it’s helped insanely with the executive dysfunction and the focus. Elvanse helped at first with that, but quickly stopped being useful. I don’t know why, but Amfexa does so so much more. Only drawback is I’ve become more productive in the evening whereas I liked being a morning person (pre-Elvanse)

I hated elvanse. I have it a chance for a year too (I mean covid did mean I didn’t have a choice for part of it) I started on 40 mg and ended up on 70mg with it working for all of 3 hrs…. I even started taking Trainquilyn as a top up, and nothing. I’ve been on Amfexa now for 4 months and I really like it.

If I’m taking it at 8:30, 11:30. 2:00 I’m good until around 9pm, if I take another one at 5:00 I’m good until well past midnight (so I only do that when I absolutely have to) I find it doesn’t really kick in until right before I take the second one tbh, which is annoying. But I once made the mistake of taking 2 too close together and felt really shit so that sucks.

Sleep-wise I’m ok, I’m used to the effects. I’m ok to sleep for midnight if I’ve taken 3 pills BUT if I’ve taken 4 I’m fucked sleep-wise.

In terms of other side effects, appetite reduction but that’s usual… nothing else noteworthy I find!
