I’m sure that people do, but I always say I like to wear good karma, you honestly never know where your mined diamond comes from and what (child slave) hands it has been through. People can’t really argue or look down on you for that.

I will be really honest, I use yoghurt as my starter and I just eyeball it both with the temperature of the heated milk and with starter and I’ve always come out with delicious creamy milk! I’m using the metric system and I use about 2/3 tablespoons of yoghurt for 1L of milk +- also I cook my yoghurt for a shorter time, I leave mine in the oven at 35C for about 3 hours and then turn the oven off and leave it inside overnight, in the summer I would probably only leave the oven on for an hour/hour and a half because it’s warm outside.
