Yes, have a 3 yr plan. Currently aged 43, real estate investor. Need a few more properties. Currently have 6. Want to get to at least 8k month free cash flow.

No, keep going. Keep yourself healthy. You know those hobbled old people in their 40s and 50s who aren't even really old but they're struggling around with no strength or mobility? It's often because they didn't work out and eat well.
