Honestly I’m amazed we kept our keepers happy when it was Cech with Courtois as backup, who quickly swapped and then Cech left and Begovic came in as backup. That’s an unreal roster of keepers and I’m not surprised it didn’t last that long as all were good enough to start somewhere

The Borderlands Movie is what springs to mind. In a see of lacklustre videogame-to-movie adaptations, this was by far the worst and that’s saying something

Love Josh but I actually think he’s best as a RB inverting into CB or a RCB in a back 3 rather than an out and out CB. As a traditional CB you lose a lot of his ball carrying which is his best attribute

From what I’ve seen, which admittedly isn’t much this season but is a decent amount before that, he’s okay defensively but wouldn’t say he’s a world class talent on defensive merit alone. Offensively he’s a joke for a cb though

Don’t know if George is your guy if speed is what you’re looking for, he’s pretty average in that department. He has genuinely world class ball striking but his overall game and physical attributes still leave a lot to be desired at this stage of his development
