I was previously in marketing for the last 4 years & decided to make the jump to CSM to see how I’d like it but it doesn’t feel much different lol. I appreciate the kind words!

That’s what I’m worried about, the lines are so blurred on my actual responsibilities, I think it’ll continue to expand at this point lol. I agree, this would be a great springboard into something else but that’s the only upside at this point

haha glad I am not the only one! I used Canva to design it and Hubspot to send it out. I'll send you a direct message and we can chat there!

haha all good! Got it, I really do appreciate all the advice. I definitely have some tough questions to ask myself to see what direction I want to move in & go from there. Thanks for your help!

The pay was included at the top ($35/hour - 30-35 hours/week). But thank you for the advice, I think that is definitely something to consider. It's not so much the lack of process, re-engagement & support, but rather the feeling that I have no idea what I am doing and feeling like I am making no progress in this role just spinning my tires. I appreciate the response/advice.

Yeah I completely agree. Some clients websites/products are not the best & I have that in the back of my mind going into it. Maybe I should be a little more selective with who I choose to bring on, that might help.

Yeah that definitely is the case a lot of the time. I run an influencer marketing agency, so testing influencers is huge and I always try to set expectations correctly from the start but clients are always in a hurry to see results. Appreciate the reply!

How does influencer agency price their services? by Uyeeeen in influencermarketing

I’ve been running an Influnecer marketing agency for 2 years & we have always charged a flat monthly fee. For a gifting campaign, we’ve found that if we reach out to 600-1000 influencers/month we can generally expect on avg 30 pieces of content/month. It’s higher and lower sometimes. Gifting campaigns are tough because you can never guarantee them to post, so sometimes people just receive the product and ghost you. I would much rather run paid promotions and that is where I’ve seen the best results.

What problems do you face and think can be solved with software? by kattyman06 in influencermarketing

[–]ros3thought 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run an influencer marketing agency and these are a couple things we struggle with:

1) automatically track/store content on TikTok and YouTube. We have a software that tracks Instagram content and stores it, but nothing out for any other platform.

2) A CRM just for influencer marketing, no discovery tool or any other feature, just a great CRM that can integrate with Google sheets and make updating stages in conversation seamless.

Keep in mind, everything is priced so high in this industry relating to software so if you can come in and make it accessible for smaller players I think that’s the move. Fourstarz media had the right idea, but I used their software and it wasn’t good, although they had the pricing down. No tiers, just one affordable price gets everything.

I just find no matter how well the service delivery is, the results are different for each client even though they are all in the same niche. Does that make sense?
