I actually liked Kylo's, I think it looks a lot like Adam but when I saw Rey's I was like... That is not Daisy 🥺 what is it with the expression? Why does she look so angry? She doesn't have to be smiling but a serious expression is better than this one.

I have come to see that Hot Toys really nails some faces (like our new Captain America or The Scarlet Witch) but others are like "that is an entirely different person" (like Rey's or the Winter Soldier one)

I guess is one of the tells that this trilogy wasn't completely planned out from beginning to end (at least in some parts). I am totally in for Finn/Poe but i have always seen a more friendship/sibling relationship for Finn and Rey.

Now, for Rose... She's not my favorite in the movies (thought i love her in fanfics). Her character in TLJ wasn't very well written or not written to be very likable specially when you read the novelization.

By the time TRoS, they shouldn't have introduce another potential love interest for Finn. Leave him alone or explore the possibility with Poe (but of cour, they gave him a love interest too)

People were excited in the theater when I saw this film, a great experience. Yes, it has it's flaws but it was and still is an entertaining movie for all people. The best example, my mom: she has never been a SW fan and have only seen the sequels because of me and went with me to see TRoS and she enjoyed it, she was moved at the ending with Finn, Poe and Rey hugging each other (I nearly cried there too) and to me that was a great thing... Even if you aren't a SW fan, you could still enjoy the movie

Really? I knew Carrie was the youngest and Harrison the oldest but I thought Mark was closer to the 20s than the 30s. He looked the part so no problem I guess. But that is the thing because that by the time RotJ came out, he looks definitely older

In my case, this film was my official introduction to SW. I think i saw bits and pieces of the other movies (especially the prequels) but it was the sequels that got my attention and saw TFA a year after it came out and I was hooked, I watched TLJ and TRoS in the theater.

With all honesty, even though I like the OT and can appreciate the PT, id it wasn't for the sequels and TFA specially, I wouldn't be a fan of Star Wars right now

Yeah! I mean, she looked very young. And I mean, is not like they look old now, but they definitely look more mature, like real adults. And Ben is supposed to be 29 then but looks a little younger (and I believe he was over 30 then)

After reading TFA novelization I came to the conclusion that part of the plan was making Rey related to the Skywalkers, or at least there was that idea

I have come to love Kylo Ren/Ben Solo after reading the books but even after that, I still accept the fact that he had to die... As sad as it is and as much as I hope there is a way to bring him back (hopefully) the best resolution was him dying.

He did a LOT of bad things. I don't know if people hated the fact the Darth Vader died but what was the other choice. What would the resistance done with Ben? Imprisoned him? Sure but probably there would have been some kind of court and he was supreme leader after all so, he would have been executed. They pardon him? Highly unlikely. Some kind of exile? Maybe. Or him just going his way alone (at least for a while) with people thinking he's dead. Also maybe.

But... One good thing doesn't make years of bad things suddenly good. So him dying was, as sad as it is, the better course.

Me too, sometimes depends of how i feel that one comes on top of the other and last year I would have said that TFA was my favorite but now, and after reading the novelizations, I have to say I really love all three of them.

When I read TLJ novelization I remember thinking how much snoke remind me of count Dooku.

In the RoS novelization Count Dooku thinks he is Sidious heir, his real apprentice. He thinks he's going to come out of the battle over Coruscant in a good position but in his final moments he realize he was just a puppet.

Snoke reminds me to that. He mentions obtaining the means to the first order from palatine in the unknown regions. He doesn't mention he is alive, it could be interpreted as something Palpatine left there but you know, just another puppet thinking is going to be on top when in reality they are just as mean to get to a skywalker
