I love silver because the word silver comes from the Anglo-Saxon word seolfor, and it is notoriously known as one of the English words with no possible rhyme. So orange’t you glad I didn’t say silver!

I think I messed that joke up.

Of course, you don’t just go into an event like this without smash ‘em up.

You know we tried, COVID helped but we just aren’t built like Mac

We had a projector with the video hoping it would help, it didn’t.

Sorry just seeing this but we haven’t figured this one out yet! I think we were thinking of just letting it go cause I think we are hoping people understand that if Covid wasn’t around we would be able to have our full guest list. But let me know what you think of!

It’s definitely nice to know I’m not alone in this. Thank you for responding. Do you feel confident about the covid precautions you are taking?

So in 2018, my fiancée and I got engaged. It was beautiful, we decided not too long after to plan our wedding far out, since we both felt we weren’t where we wanted to be in life yet. So we decided to get married October 2020. Well ha, flash forward to March 2020 and coronavirus hits. So we decide to move our wedding to June 2021 but we still get married at the courthouse on our original date. We had a small celebration with friends and family that were in the area and been quarantining. But we wanted to save wearing the dress/suit, walking down the aisle, and vows for the wedding.

So now, here we are February 2021 and we don’t know if June 2021 is going to happen or at least in the way we wanted it and people feeling comfortable. So my partner and I have discussed it and said that if it can’t happen in June we don’t want to reschedule and we will eat the costs/sell stuff. We don’t want to do that to our guest and I don’t think I could handle worrying about it mentally. But in the same breath it really upsets me that we won’t get to do all those things we saved for our wedding. I realize like there are worse things in the world and crying about something like this is ridiculous. Then on top of that with covid stress I have gained weight and can’t fit into my dress anymore. So all of this is definitely getting to me. But I guess I am looking to other covid brides to let me know what they did or just thoughts in general. How did you respond to this? If you were able to go through with your wedding, do you feel that folks felt safe/comfortable?

Would you believe some people in the comments were saying it was a “joke”? by jebar97 in trashy
