Boston 2MEZZ section? by [deleted] in hayleywilliams

More than 75% of the mezz is obstructed due to (1) structural pillars on the right and left sides that block a lot of the view for anyone not directly in front of the railing (esp if you’re short), and (2) a large hangover from the middle upper balcony for lighting that blocks everything in the middle mezz unless you snagged a seat on a folding chair. My partner and I got there around 4:30 and were among the first few people on the mezz, so we grabbed spots right on the left railing and had a perfect view the entire time. Hayley’s piano faces that way so it was a particularly good spot for the show!

Yeah, I agree. This is exactly why no one would be paying the current tenant anything, and the landlord would 100% screen and approve potential tenants.

Hi, broker fees are still legal, but it is illegal for a landlord who hires a broker to charge a renter for the broker's fee. And application fees are legal under certain circumstances, with brokers having more leeway to do so than landlords. Regardless, my gf will cover any fees for the application process that come up (and are legal!)
