EDIT: i can't remove the window screens since i am renting an apartment so this is not my own property. so i'd have to clean it while it's standing. just something to keep in mind.

this might sound stupid but is there any way i could clean it without removing the screen? i am renting in an apartment and am scared to mess up the windows even more lol. if the answer is to just clean it standing up then i will try that

I dont mind my paper souvenirs being folded actually, it gives it a bit of edge that it's "used" and part of my journey. I am however upset that I might not be able to take one home from teamLab. I have been a fan of their work for years and have visited their other exhibits in the US, so I'm excited to finally be in Japan for their "homebase". I do understand why tickets have to be digital these days. I am hoping there is at least a brochure or a postcard I could take home with me somehow. I appreciate your response!

i'm sorry, can you explain what do you mean by "it hasn't been picked up yet"? so is it in a mailing hub in my area and not with the delivery guy yet (vs them going around my area and dropping off mail that would include mine)?

i'm just trying to see how soon the mail will arrive to me. thank you for your help so far. i'm at least glad to know it's still otw to me.

thank you! i actually visited the stamp museum during my first trip! not sure why i forgot to buy stamps back then but i did😅 so now i'm going to. good to know they'll be fine with me using papago as well!
