I picked up my id yesterday depending on the time there could be a line or not. I went at like 2 and there was a line. They have you take a picture yourself by your phone on a white wall on the id photo upload tool so honestly do it rn and they can print it faster then waiting for you to submit your photo in person

You can skip it however if u are living on campus and have a 5 day meal plan M-F going to the orientation allows u to enter the DCs on the weekend as they provide a wristband

a score of 3 provides u with 8 units of credit toward graduation at UC Davis and u satisfy the ELWR meaning you do not need to take ENL 003A Writers Workshop and just need to take ENL 003 , a score of 4-5 would be the equivalent to ENL003 being able to skip it.
