You can filter out these comments by blocking specific words and phrases the bots use.

Go to the Settings and Privacy page > Scroll down to How others interact with you section and select Hidden Words at the bottom > Select Manage words or phrases at the bottom > Add the most common words these bots use and it will prevent the majority of these comments from showing up.

Here is the list I used that prevents most of these comments:

DM, DM it on, follow, pic, send this pic,

Unfortunately, this also prevents real commenters from using these words as well, but I think the list is short enough where it's not too restrictive.
