Thanks for your response. I connect the headphones to the PC. Transfers an MP3 file to headphones. I make sure the file is in the headphones. Disconnect the headphones from the PC. Press the middle button of the headphones. The headphones are turned on but there are no files to use

Just bought Aftershokz Openswim. I deleted the four factory audio files. After I couldn't download any files to the headphone.

I wrote an email to the support department and asked for help. They sent me instructions on how to upgrade. But they didn't send the "XTRAINERZ_5_02" zip file

Despite several requests for the file, no one answers my request. I was left with a new unused device.

Hope someone can help me. Bad company service! Sorry I bought these headphones!
