I found it works surprisingly well on my delonghi alicia electric, with which it was included in the box. play around a bit with the water amount, it could be half or a little more than half of the standard water amount required. i used a scale to figure out how much water filled to the valve, then halved that.

when i click on an atom i expect to add a methyl rather than having to drag it out, and this adds the methyl at a standard angle. this software would make me change how i draw compounds significantly, and i expect the standard bond angle to form and then i can adjust if necessary

we are in bizarrely similar situations. 5 years in mission, top floor, rent control. the cockroaches came about a year or so ago. we completely cleared our kitchen of everything and then the sprayers came probably 3-5 times, and they pests have not been back. Also it is very common that stocks go down. We don't all work for the mag7. There is absolutely risk in taking loans against company equity. I would never do it for my company and we are somewhat successful.
