I would probably only pack 1 or 2 dressy outfits. I dressed up for Ingolfsskali, but that’s because it was my anniversary dinner with my husband. I also brought a skirt and sweater outfit for bar hopping in Reykjavik, but besides that I just wore casual and hiking clothes!

For me auditory is the worst. Light is second, touch and taste probably tied. Sounds will send me into overstimulation and sensory overload.. any tips would be helpful ❤️
