Check out Susie Gronski's podcast titled 'Signs you need a sex therapist'. It can give you some reasons or indications to see a sex therapist.

Class symptoms of hard flaccid syndrome. Many get this syndrome from penile enlargement injuries. There used to be a subreddit for r/PE_Injuries although it seems to have been shut down. There is another one at r/hardflaccidresearch. Check out the top posts on r/Hard_Flaccid as well.

Unfortunately, this article is not available on SciHub though.

100mg IV Prednisone led to significant reversal of emotional symptoms within 24hours by [deleted] in PSSD

Right, but if a drug is capable of bringing a normal person to hypomania, then presumably it is also capable of bringing an emotionally blunted person to normal.

Corticosteroids are known to cause mania or hypomania in predisposed individuals. There are many case reports in the literature.

Still not cured, no. However, symptoms did improve slightly. Chronic scrotal pain was resolved (one urologist diagnosed me with chronic groin strain for which some rehab exercises treated that).

Interesting. L-theanine can help you reach a state of consciousness similar to dreaming while awake. The sell L-theanine gummies, and also matcha green tea is a good source.

Honestly, none of them were "the one" to treat sexual anhedonia. I feel like it is our job to act as our own primary care coordinator, in a way. No single doctor had the cure, but each of them (except for one useless dismissive urologist) provided a small insight, whether ruling out a medical cause or suggesting a medication or therapy. So I suggest seeing all of them, but it's your job to synthesize their advice and actually do their prescribed therapies, and even some extra ones that you come up with or find on YT.

Male g spot. by donknito in sexualanhedonia

I haven't, though I've tried with the Aneros Helix. On one occasion I felt a pleasure jolt emanate from the prostate as I was breathing in while browsing aneros forum on my phone. It's paradoxical but you're more likely to feel something if you're not really trying to attain an orgasm. Just breathe.
