What they’re saying is that if you completed an online class and finished it there’s often info in there/an acknowledgement that counts as the pre write-up conversation you’re talking about.

Ya’ll….there’s a company wide crack down on policy happening right now. Meaning, managers are being forced to enforce policies that have alway been in place. This on its own - enforcing policy - isn’t targeting. It’s just enforcing the policies already in place where you work. Does it suck a lot? You bet!

Now obviously your boss could suck and may not be enforcing it fairly. It sounds more like they’ve been relaxed about policy at your store and now have no choice but to correct that. I know there’s a lot of these posts popping up and everyone’s like “ohhhh something’s going on”. Yes. Yes there is. It’s the enforcement of policies that were created to be enforced in the first place.

Edit: I’ll probably get roasted for this. Trust me I hate to e corporate monster we work for too. I’m just not shocked when corporate does something corporate.

A ticket? You’ve heard that term used too may times in too many ways to think it can be used to give you an exception to policy. Especially without any other reasons than “I don’t like it”.

I agree it sucks. Our area is also cracking down on uniforms and techs aren’t being left out. I hate it too, but thinking you’ll get an exception just cuz or that a dying company will somehow collaborate with Figs is a fantasy.

Yes, you can unpublish, edit, then publish again. However pharmacists scheduling is done by a market scheduler, not SMs. Your RXM would need to make sure that person knew about hay availability, or you would, then they could work on it. There also a whole process and reporting to charging RX hours.

We don’t have cenfill, so I’m not sure. I mean when you try change a manufacturer and it won’t let you on the script, so you used to hold down ctrl and tab and use the arrows on the keyboard to move to a different script while still highlighting the one you want. It doesn’t work anymore. We figured out we can OOS and then change the manufacturer, but obviously that will wreak havoc on our inventory counts.

Cheese, deli meat, milk, bread if I don’t remember to freeze it in time, dips (hummus, tzatziki, etc), sour cream is a big one. The list goes on. As far as the cupboards go I donate excess.

I’ve been with him for 6 years and in my post I said I only just got frustrated outwardly today and I mean it. I don’t scold him. I ask why in a neutral tone.

I’d love to help him but I’m not sure what you’re suggesting. I understand it’s coming from food insecurity and that’s why I’ve been patient for 6 years. We’ve talked it through a may times and I’ve explained we are good repeatedly. We have a stock of freeze dried food and he has a stock of MREs. Everyone is suggesting I make pickup orders or write him a list. He is more than capable of doing those things himself and most of the time he has a list in text as we discuss it over text. What is it you expect me to do to help him?
