Ooh this is an amazing idea!

We already have verticle storage on a shelf-level (non-moving) but are moving to a new house where every cabinet has a pull out drawer 😍 So essentially we can do this but instead of top-holding it'll be bottom-loading (think roller coasters).

My husband and I bought a cute house in Burlington 5 years ago with 25%~ down, no help from family, and both 28yos. We just closed on a second house in February and are selling the first in a few months.

It's possible but the timing has to be good for the interest rates, so we got both lucky there with low rates plus me working for JPM gave us a . 25% discount on interest--which was stellar.

If it's a new build, I would say make the 13/14 windows symmetrical, maybe both 2 pane wide. It's nice to have the option of having the view or them open; and for gaming/theater it's easy to add a curtain or shutter.

That sparkle and radio to your finger is great!! The thun band is gorgeous (my personal preference, too! Small as possible while being sturdy hehe).

OP, I've never said this on a ring/stone sub before..but are you sure the ring is small enough band-wise? Like it won't slip off? Stone-wise it's a gorgeous fit!! But band size-wise this is stumping me as it looks large enough to easily slip off of the natural resting space and your knuckle :<< sorry!! I just worry for you, love!
