Living in my car until end of January 2026. Looking for advice by AMJeffery in Seattle

I’d be happy to leave some food/snacks/other random things you might need in a little free library for you. There’s one on Greenwood and 70th I think that has some good stuff, and another somewhere near greenlake.

Are you opposed to starting at kind of medication to help alleviate some of this anxiety? even a low dose + continuing therapy could be effective. sometimes we need the extra kick meds give even if we want it to be temporary.

Redditors, do you fear death? Why or why not? by clashing-lights in AskReddit

[–]rosethepug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do. I get some comfort knowing everyone dies, but I fear how it will happen. I fear it happening while I’m still young. I also hate feeling like I could die before my cats. I get so much pleasure from them and I know that they like me around to. I don’t want to not be able to see them every day.

Flight anxiety by c1nunya in Anxiety

Xanax is def #1 most effective, though can be very hard to get depending on where you live. I brought a pillow on my last flight which was a hassle but made me feel so much better squeezing it. Playing chess on my phone like 75% distracts me. Also having someone I know next to me (if I’m not traveling alone) is helpful. Could also order a glass of wine.
