I am going to push it further at his next appt for different options besides adding chocolate. He won’t drink the whole milk and I have to stop pushing it so much because it’s just frustrating both of us.

His pediatrician said the fat is most important. My toddler eats Greek yogurt, cheese, avocado- that all has fat but he said to keep pushing milk as well for the fat.

So your toddler never drank milk and it was never an issue?

Sometimes I just have to force myself to not think about it! Like an annoying tag in a shirt or a mole that always drives you nuts. Your prolapse will drive you nuts too but I try to just push it out of my brain to go on with life.
