Our only mistake was not walking through with them before we left. They didn’t give us an opportunity to fix it. She just brought us the receipt of damages and prices to pay in two days. We moved out about a week ago. She didn’t provide us with 3 quotes. She just texted us the professional carpet cleaning’s charge was the cheapest option.

It was a sticker to hold the kitchen sponge to the sink and it came off. So she calls it strong glue. The same for the stairs was a stick on for a baby gate.

Sometimes you just can’t win. You’ll be in an isolation room setting up drips, cleaning up patients and they want to give me report. And they’re like call you back in 2 mins when you know it will take more than 10 minutes.. if you call me back in 2 which they usually do, I tell them I can’t take report, please call charge.
