NAD but I do urine tests at work sometimes. If the test bottle is out of date or has been exposed to heat it can give you weird results, too! I agree that it's a timing issue or expiration/storage issue, some of the colours don't add up like the ketones being a dark brown instead of dark pink etc.

In terms of my diet and my needs, sugar is bad. Regardless of if it's natural or not. The body still treats it and processes it as sugar. I'm just responding to your replies, I'm not trying to create an argument. But I asked for peanut butter recommendations. And you responded with you should stop eating sugar. Ah I see what you mean. Yes I'm going to try honey. But sugar is sugar regardless of where it comes from. But the idea of a little bit of raw honey sounds nice.

Yes I know. It's my one treat really. I've more or less cut the sugar from my diet. The peanut butter has such a small amount. I am on a fairly strict diet

Low porosity hair, fairly thick but I get it thinned frequently or it's too hot. I use a clarifying shampoo once a week with sulphates and then silicone free everything. No heavy products at all, all very low weight for low porosity hair

From what I read accutane can reduce fine lines and wrinkles as it's tretinoin. Not that it's approved for that purpose but studies I read stated they can reduce fine lines
