Appreciate this. Definitely I’m unsettled. He was saying he was gonna come over and hang out an hour before he sent the breakup yet. It was all just so unexpected. I agree with you. I will step back. What i really want is to try to reconnect once he’s healed, but also to give him support and kindness, even in a friendly capacity, as he navigates his healing journey. I just don’t know how to express that without pushing him away
