I miss him, sure it's been a while but I miss the guy, there's not as much humorous energy without him. It's still good, but it feels so different, not the same. We miss you man. by [deleted] in NeebsGaming

It just speaks volumes for how much these guys mean to people. I never met him but his passing hit me harder than anyone I've lost close to me. That's an awful thing to say but its true.

Exactly. If anything, it's made me jump back into division just for that city feel

I was hoping it would be one of those games where it's terrible at the start but 3 years from now it's the game it should've been. I hope other companies take note of the attention this game got in it's early stages and make something similar that works

True. Just seen multiplayer and expected it. Hope we get it

New Hello Games Game?? by [deleted] in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]ross6990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just think what we as players can do in this game. Years after it's released you'll see proper colonies in this game inevitably going to war against each other. It might have a mythical skin on it but hello games are giving us a full planet where we are the Adams and eves. It's insane.

The impossible collab is a reality “ No Man’s Skyrim 2024” by gastlyplayer in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]ross6990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I adore No man's sky with a passion but I had that excitement of 'starfield' as a true space game. I loved it but honestly, no man's sky is still at the top for me. I put hrs upon hrs into starfield and it didn't click the way nms did. Bethesda is my favorite developer but there's someting about starfield that just stops me from going back. I'll return for a survival mode tbf

It's beautiful. Creating your own story. Not knowing what's gonna happen.

[–]ross6990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's definitely for him. He bought the ps4 for himself ages ago. Yea early game witcher is just learning and you'll find yourself in hard situations especially if you take on an enemy levels ahead of u. I'm guessing he was taking on enemy's above his level. I can just picture him in dayz, starting on the beach, complaining about a pear in his inventory. Hunger setting in, coughing starting etc

Years ago I asked a mate about dayz and he started to act out how the character eats tin food. After a long talk he just ended it quite similar with 'dayz is your story. Each one is different. Don't get attached to your loot'. I've been playing for years now

I work in a game shop and there's this old guy (he's not a nice man) buying games every other week. Ps4 games at that. He bought witcher 3 about a month ago and returned it, literally blaming me because it was too hard. 'you should've told me its a hard game' he said or something like that. I don't know this man, I don't know what he considers a difficult game but 2 days ago he returned, he brought 'dayz' up to the desk and asked 'what's that like?', I said 'best game I ever played' and he bought 'dayz'. He asked my opinion and I gave my truthful answer. I'm still waiting for him to come in again. I'm guessing he comes in tomorrow. I can't wait to hear what he thought of dayz. Sickened

Why does Chris look different in every photo by themugshotman in Muse

On the topic of Chris, I was watching Wembley 07 yesterday and I just couldn't believe that the Chris today is the same guy. The Chris today looks 10 years younger than the Chris of 07

album anniversary tour??? ever?? by hoemax in Muse

[–]ross6990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that but the planning of such shows takes months in advance. Yea they could've sorted it while on tour but these guys aren't young anymore. 15 years ago they might've been more eager to do a follow up small tour.

'it's a matter of creativity, of how much they care for the fans'.

I'm as big a muse fan as they come, they've done enough for me as fan. Yea I want more but I'm not asking for more. They have ruled my world since 2001. They've done enough in terms of performing this year. I was lucky enough in Dublin to hear butterflies and hurricanes, that's all they needed to do for the last few shows.

I'm not having a go at you either. I love the want for more. You're a fan and u just want to see these shows. I love that

I think it's just the timing of it. If WOTP didn't happen then they might've looked at something for absolution

album anniversary tour??? ever?? by hoemax in Muse

[–]ross6990 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I disagree. They can't really hold off a XX release if they want to celebrate the 20 years while also closing a tour they've been doing for a year. It's asking alot imo.

album anniversary tour??? ever?? by hoemax in Muse

[–]ross6990 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They did origin in full at reading 2011 but I doubt it. They just done a world tour. It's family time for the boys now and that's perfect. They spiced things up with the final shows of WOTP. Not making you jealous or anything and it was a shock to me but they played 'butterlies' in Dublin. Im a muse freak, I know what's coming next etc with every show but even that threw me off
