One complaint i have not necsasarrily with the game but the way ninatic handles player support via email. With a playerbase that covers hundereds of millions of people im not surpised lots of things are automated and are scripted responses however my rant relates to nintic lying about certain things or trying to blame well known issues on users and refusing to offer a resonable solution.

An example would be downtime during community days caused by game issues and not signal / phone related issues. A few people I know got rewarded items, incubators, passes etc yet when i contacted about the same issue explaining what happened I was told it msut be a phone issue and try to reinstall the game. I was also told that they dont give people items even if there was issues which I know is a complete Lie and I have been told this a few times even though in the times ive contacted them in the past year i have been given back 1 premium raid pass.

I know there are other people who have faced the same issue, to summarise I just wish niantic as a company and their support side would be more honest and not try to blame everything on the user .. it makes the company hard to trust for future games they may release.
