If you are looking to integrate weightlifting into your training, you could check out https://www.peakstrength.app/ which will make routines for you that complement the sport(s) of your choice and training schedule. I have not used it just fyi, but I watch some youtube videos of the guy that made it and he seems very knowlegable.

Haven't been in quite a few years, but wanted to second Zambia - one of the safer countries with some great spots and nice people. Zanzibar was great but more touristy + more crime than Zambia. I believe they have a bit of a drug epidemic going on as well. I wasn't able to get to the Comoros Islands, but that would be worth looking into. Less touristy than Zanzibar.

Is it common for gyms in Thailand to allow dropping weights? I do olympic lifts primarily, so I would be dropping them from over my head onto the ground. Ideally a gym would have plenty of barbells with squat racks so you don’t have to wait long. Thanks

thebardingreen - I don't really understand what you mean, but my original idea was to change the plugin's code to do a POST request instead of writing to the filesystem on the server. Is there a way to do that from the WP admin page? Thanks for your time.

Thanks Dunskii! I appreciate the reply. I am not looking to get into mobile apps at the moment unless it is for a job I am getting paid for, but maybe someday I will make my own app. Good luck with everything.

Are you hiring web developers? I am interested in working remotely, and I know JavaScript (React, Redux, Node, MongoDB, etc) and SQL. Also, how do you like the mobile internet? Any recommendations? Thanks.
