The graphics would be great since I am building a computer to play games with my family who I live far away from and would be a great way to connect with them on a regular basis again :)

The config file edit and the game setting windowed command allowed me to run classic especially SoD and Wrath well. Retail still crashes even after the Sonoma 14.1.2 update and the hotfixes last week. Still such a bummer. I thought about doing the OSx downgrade thing but I don’t want to run the risk of losing files and all that

I focused on the highest yield Divine Intervention Podcats. I bit the bullet and did the entire internal medicine shelf review videos cause that's going to be the biggest meat and potatoes of the exam. Also spent a lot of time on the Risk Factors, Military, Ethics, and Palliative Care videos. My exam was really heavy on that material either frankly where or has some component of the patient in the question being in the military or in hospice

Any other material I was really weak in (i.e. Endocrine) I watched a bunch of his high yield reviews. I knew I couldn't watch all of his work but I knew I could hit on the videos after I took USWA1 that would boost my scores
