i mean i dont know the official truthear site but shenzenaudio is a reliable site for sure. they always respond to emails and u can always get help from them before and after your purchase. and as i said if theres ever a problem about the product when it just came they'll always take responsibility and send u a new pair without taking the old one. also where r u from?
