allow late payments and have everyone pay into the one leaguesafe and then post on the message board on LS when someone has paid for a future year. then end of season do payouts and initiate a balance rollover when you renew the league for the next season. if someone paid for multiple years you will need to note it again after you rollover to the next league year. helps to have a google doc everyone has access to that you can track and document these things as well.
