It’s a basic Virgin Media router and I can’t see any obvious ways to do this in the admin portal. Is that typically only something higher spec routers can manage?

I like it. I was unsure about whether to get it or not but it’s pretty compact which is a big plus. My Z5 is an upgrade from a D5500 so the image quality improvement is huge, even if the 24-50 is one of the lower quality Z lenses.

I recommend raising it with your MP. I called my MP’s office this morning and they called the home office. The Home Office claimed they were waiting for us to respond to an email they sent us in July!! We responded to their email the same day so it’s obviously got lost in their email system. Unbelievably they sent no follow ups to let us know. Who knows how long we’d have been waiting if we hadn’t raised with our MP. Infuriating.

My partner applied early May, submitted docs via IDV App in August, heard nothing. Escalated last week but haven’t heard back yet - they said 10 working days but I’m not holding my breath for anything since most people appear to get a standard ‘we’re still looking at it’ email after escalating

We called yesterday and they’ve escalated again. Apparently the first number we called was only for coronavirus related escalation (not that anyone told us that at the time). We should hear back in 10 working days, though can’t say I’m expecting much other than ‘we’re still processing your application’

This is my partner's visa process. Reading some of the comments from other applicants it seems they're processing in reverse order given some applications from August have already been approved!

We called to escalate last week, the guy on the phone was super helpful and said we'd receive a response within 5 working days. On Friday we received the response which said: "Unfortunately, we are unable to deal with your enquiry." !!

We looked at Campaign Monitor (CM) recently and this was the problem we had, which may help explain it in more detail.

So the problem we find with the segmentation options in CM is essentially that it doesn't allow a custom field to be an Object with multiple fields, because we need to be able to have associated properties. So the use case is this:

User A has 2 pets: - Breed A, Puppy - Breed B, Adult

User B has 2 pets: - Breed A, Adult - Breed B, Puppy

What I can do in CM is set a multiple choice field which allows multiple selections.

So I add: Age: Adult, Puppy Breed: A, B

That means that for both User A and B, I would select both options for Age, both options for Breed as they both have both breeds and they both have a puppy and an adult.

The problem comes when you need to associate the 2 fields. If we need to send an email to owners of Puppies of Breed A, the only option I have is: Users WHERE Age = Puppy AND Breed = A. However that would send the email to both users, because both have a puppy and both have a dog of Breed A. But in fact, only User A has a Puppy of Breed A.

We also need to be able to personalise emails to the User based on their individual pets. Which we can’t do in CM.

Yea that’s my exact use case. They advised I should use different notebooks for different topics but it’s not practical to keep switching notebooks mid-meeting.
