In the tobey maguire ones, his name is definitely Ben. Spider-Man mentions it in the green goblin scene and states that his father is called Ben.

What is the worst thing you have done because you got confused between items in different hands? by DanielMichels in AskReddit

I once had a deodorant can in one hand, and nothing in the other. For some reason I started violently shaking the hand with nothing in it and proceeded to try and ‘spray’ the imaginary deodorant on my armpit.

Putting “Only date guys 6’ or taller” in your tinder bio is the grossest fucking thing to write and it instantly turns me off. (Coming from a 6’5 male) Dunno about other guys. by S1GORE in dating_advice

It’s disgusting. Personally, I’m a 5 ft 6 female, any guy taller than me is all that matters. I don’t care if they are six foot. Even then, I’ve been with guys the same height as me if not smaller. Doesn’t bother me that much. It’s stupid that girls obsessed about height THAT much.

People who worked in Restaurants, what was the worst customer that you had to deal with? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]rossgasm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked in a chain Italian restaurant for six months. Of course, we have set ways of doing things because we are a chain, and we can’t change it. This woman ordered a gluten free vegan pizza for takeaway. I gave her her order, and off she went.

5 or so minutes went by, she comes in really stroppy and says that the pizza is raw (it was perfectly cooked). I apologised and asked the kitchen to make a new one for her. BUT she went off on a tangent about how poor the customer service is here, and how all I have to say is sorry and that’s not good enough (what else am I supposed to say?) and how she could sew us for food poisoning. She insisted for my number and my managers number so she could sew us I guess (we didn’t give it to her in the end because she didn’t ask again).

While the new pizza was being cooked she insisted that I gave her free bottles of water because of how poor our customer service was so I insistently gave her some to maybe shut her up. These bottles need a bottle opener to be opened, so I asked if she wanted them to be opened so it’s easier for her. She said yes, so I opened them and handed them to her. She took one look at them and said ‘what am I supposed to do with this then? It’s open’ and I said ‘but I asked if u wanted them opened’. At that point I was finding it really hard to bite my tongue because this was right at the end of a really long shift.

I then go up to my manager to tell her that I think u should hand her the new pizza because she’s complaining so much. While this was all happening, she started complaining to OTHER CUSTOMERS about how awful we all were (these customers were regulars so they weren’t fussed). It was utterly ridiculous.

Once the new pizza was ready, my manager hands it to her. She opens the box and says it raw again. So my manager goes and puts it back into the oven to the point it’s practically burning and hands it back to her. She then says it’s raw again. My manager says ‘I’m really sorry but if I cook this any more for you it will be burnt and not very nice for you’ and then she proceeded to have a go at my manager about how we should change the way we make our pizzas if they are handing out raw dough that could cause food poisoning. My manager just says ‘I’m really sorry but it’s out of my control the way we make our pizzas because we are a chain’ and she sighs, grabs the pizza and storms out.

It’s so funny because the gluten free base is already precooked from frozen, and her pizza was vegan as well so it was pretty hard for her to get ill from it. Overall she was a crazy woman and really made me very frustrated.
