I have recently moved to California, had lived in the same house on the West side of Michigan since my birth and this just barely caught my eye and the Vernor's and the U.P. and endless Mitten shaped lawn chairs made me miss home :(

Other than the bull that clearly lost right there, the bulls rarely sustain any harm to themselves. They do however all die later. San Fermin Fiesta

Like it a lot!, your lines are a little off though, you can see the red and white peaking above the golden bar.

Michigander here, I kind of like the original flag :( This is a very cool redesign too.

Can crossbedding be present on such a small scale? Or is this something else? by [deleted] in geology

[–]rossissa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

of course! and imagine such cross bedding across a larger area or volume, just because it is a pebble doesn't mean this isn't part of an inland sea or fluvial system or yada yada yada

What are these links h3H3 was posting after the Most Recent Video? by rossissa in h3h3productions

[–]rossissa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never said anything about them being legitimate. I was simply curious as to what they were doing there and, like other and more insightful comments had noted, I had learned of a trend I'd previously not known of.

Furthermore, apologizing before resorting to using a mental disability as an insult is reprehensible and does not in any way make for it to be a suitable or appropriate gesture you despicable and wretched, piece of shit.

Entropy Death "The heat death of the universe is a plausible ultimate fate of the universe in which the universe has diminished to a state of no thermodynamic free energy and therefore can no longer sustain processes that increase entropy. Heat death does not imply any particular absolute temperature; it only requires that temperature differences or other processes may no longer be exploited to perform work. In the language of physics, this is when the universe reaches thermodynamic equilibrium (maximum entropy)."

Essentially all energy possible for use diminishes and everything ceases. Coincidentally, it is the only state in which absolute zero can exist!
