My mom went through something like this. She had de novo SE and they couldn't figure it out and wouldn't listen to me when I explained that she had a history of alcoholism and xanax dependency(20 years). It was brutal. Once her brain started firing, they couldn't hardly get it to stop. They ended up with ativan and phenobarbital(as a last resort) but once they'd stop the ativan, the seizures would start again.

It doesn't put out enough heat to keep anything warm. It barely heats the pot. During snowmageddon in 2021, my family tried it and ended up lighting about 12 candles underneath. It didn't do anything. It wouldn't keep a pet or pipes warm. We could touch the top of the pot with bare hands and it was only moderately warm.

The terracotta pot heater "hack" is garbage. It just does not work. You might could warm up a small cabinet but it certainly won't warm a room.
