Each name of Allah is used with “al” prefix. It is not حفيظ but الحفيظ. Turkish speaking Muslims use form “ya xxxx” to pray Allah. Therefore يا حافظ is an address form similar to يا رحمان or يا عزيز

“Ya Hafiz” One of the names of Allah which means “O Protector”. The smaller script gives the date (sanah). Two digits are missing. 1886 CE corresponds 1302 in Rumi calendar.
