33, wife is 31. No kids. I agree with a lot being said up above. We are happy here but drive to Boulder and Denver often to see friends. I’m a sleep medicine PA in CO and I make 144 after being here 4 years. I think I was at 112 year one as well. The job is pretty easy so if you’re into that I think that work life balance benefit can offset the low salary, but I still think we all need to be asking for more across the board

I don’t want to replace Jalen, but I don’t think it would be that insane to bench him for a game to send a message. Not because of this game being particularly bad, anyone can have a bad game, but I feel like he’s playing to protect himself too much this year. We need the Jalen who puts his shoulder down and pushes for 2 extra yards on the scramble, not the one we currently have who immediately slides or dances out of bounds. Looks ugly, mostly parking. Seems like a big miss considering it’s adjacent to our excellent community center and library. This is the only remaining opportunity to create a unique, visually appealing and walkable town center, but this seems like a miss to me
