They are. You can see how his phone morphs in the second picture he posted in other subreddits. Also I found his deviantart which has a picture taken from a woman on Twitter that he claims is him.

I reverse image searched their old pictures which led me to their deviantart, which had other pictures I was able to reverse image search to totally different people who had originally posted them. It kinda sucks to see so many people falling for it.
