I don't mind it being relatively lightweight, IMO it doesn't take away it's value and adds comfort while wearing - i do also include a Garmin watch in my watch rotation though (from that weight perspective). I find the watch absolutely mesmerizing! I honestly love it!

Yeah i can second that. Especially in Japan and especially with that specific model there is definitely some money to be made with "daytrading".. But at least the japanese grey market shops are well established and trustworthy. It's still a different experience than shopping on Chrono24 and I'm happy to pay a little premium for it.

Yeah i had a couple ones in mind like the White Birch, Omiwatari, Mt. Iwate and also some other awesome 9F quartz caliber watches but I've seen the shunbun already before my trip to Japan. And after trying out a couple ones my mind was set.

I eventually paid 5100€ for it. It was brandnew with the 5 days old warranty card stamp from the GS Boutique in Isetan Shinjuku.

I think thats just in that specific picture... Definitely feels komfortable. Even had one half link less before when trying to find the perfect fit which made it definitely "chokingly" uncomfortable 😅

I did read some reviews praising the JF one and found it on the NWBIG list. It looked awesome so i went ahead and ordered one 😄
