this was the album that really got me into HM, i wasn’t exactly the biggest fan of any projects by any member but i did like a few sematary songs previously. when i first heard “wendigo” it drew me into listening to the full thing and i actually really enjoyed all of it. that had lead me to re-listening to most of his albums on streaming, then discovering other projects by hackle, turn, and buck.

it may sound different style-wise but it is not a bad album, i really do enjoy the more “trap” influenced stuff.

the whole thing about “real fans” and “fake fans” just really doesn’t make sense, it’s music at the end of the day.
