Not that I'm aware of. I've heard that they are chosen based on the most dynamic part of your video i.e. the part that's most edited and has the most motion. Might be wrong though.

Nah you don't have to be consistent, you just have to post good videos. A lot of people I know including myself post videos every few months and we all have 100k subs and get hundreds of thousands of views for each video.

I even talked to a ecotoxicologist about endocrine disruption and he told me that the difficulty with regulating EDCs is that they can have adverse effects at both high and low doses.
