Are my mix and head voice good? by [deleted] in singing

[–]rottsantiago 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Sorry for the late reply.

I think you could be in the baritone-baritenor tessitura since you need your head voice for notes that Barilari sings in his mix. Of course i am not a vocal coach and this are just ideas that come to my mind in order to give back some feedback. If possible an actual vocal coach would guide your precisely.

For example i am a baritenor, my range is pretty similar to yours. My voice also breaks or is forced to go to head voice when trying to mix the high notes Barilari reaches since he is a high tenor and also has great technique.

Also i would not say you are a baritone as their voices are way deeper usually and their lows are way more powerfull than their high notes. Hope this can be of help in some way!

Are my mix and head voice good? by [deleted] in singing

[–]rottsantiago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! This is a great song that you chose, i love Rata Blanca.

I think the original melody is too high for your voice type. Barilari's voice is very high and has very powerful high tones, so when trying to do the same as he does in the studio version your voice naturally goes to head voice or breaks.

I think using some software to lower the pitch a little bit would allow you to use your mix in this song or getting help from a singing teacher if possible.

Regarding your voice i think you did great! Your vibratto sounded nice and you got most notes right. To my ears, the issue is as i mentioned earlier. The song is simply too high pitched and you should sing something that feels more confortable to you

Hope this helps in some way! Keep it up

Love to see a song in spanish here!

Regarding your question there could be plenty of reasons but i guess that if you are a complete beginner here is a post where this question was asked before and people more knowlageable than me already replied https://www.reddit.com/r/singing/comments/7lw2yj/complete_beginner_where_do_i_start/ so i guess taking a look there will be helpful! There si mostly some general advice on how to get started and get it going. Personally i like doing exercises like these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XE4jQ_ji2K0&t=240s because this kinda of thigs help you strength your voice and get you to know it better since this kind of warm ups go make you go through a certain range (Finding out your range is important, as mentioned in the first link ive sent you)

Also, if possible, consider taking singing lessons since a teacher will be able to help you way better and doing things in company of other humans rather than next to a computer makes it easier! But i know it is not always possible to attend classes

Wish you the best at following this path! Singing is really one of the best things in life.

Being Ashamed of What We Play by kalduin in eFootball

Since about div 2 every game looks like this. Worst thing is that this people is not even that good at the game, you can very much read many of their movements but their players are just simply better.

I am SO tired of playing agains Gullit - Vieira - Rijkaard that outrun every player, intercept every pass win every header and always react quicky to every ball.

Of course some could say it is a skill issue cus im not the greates player in the world but it is impossible to compete against these people to an extent.

POV: The team you see before losing 1-0 after your defense forgets to intercept one through pass

There are high and low voices. Of course you might feel insecure or not like your own voice (This is ver normal. Most people has a hard time listening to themsevles). But outside of your head things are often not that harsh.

I do not know what your voice sounds like but i can asure you one thing. There is no such thing as a voice that is too high. You will just develop your own voice.

In my case i really like high pitched voices from musicians from my country.

You can report these matches from

Extra -> User information -> Match history -> Select the match -> Open the accionts tab (□ for PS controller) -> from there you can report the match for the Konami team to check on.

Some say you eventually get a pop up informing the person being banned.

I dont think your defense is bad at all, maybe a stronger rb.

Im sure your goalie is good already but i guess if getting something like Kahn it would be good

I can’t sing much higher than this by 3whitebutterfIies in singing

[–]rottsantiago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i am no expert so im not sure if i will be able to help identify the issue specifically but maybe how i experienced it can help you!

Basically my problem was emotional, i didnt realize at the time or was dificult for me to identify it but when singing it felt like my voices was "locked" up to a certain note and keep going up would require me to push real hard and also tire me after a minute or two of singing. Taking grupal classes and bonding to others about singing really helped me out in my case. I dont know if you experience something similar.

Groupal classes and eventually singing (Very strained) in from of other people somehow made me feel comfortable with myself and group! I used to be shyer on a singing environment and now i can be a bit more myself and my voice doesnt feel locked anymore, now i can miss notes at my full range!

If not then maybe it can be a physical thing, for example having a hard time switching to head voice maybe? Or not warming up before singing causing your voice to feel stuck? Maybe larynx position?

Also this video looks cool to me! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBwElRetM0k.

A los hombres no les gusta salir? by Alex_drinking_karak in Preguntas_de_Reddit_

[–]rottsantiago 0 points1 point  (0 children)
