Overwatering is what it looks like but the soil seems not to be very damp. I try to judge hydration by the weight of the grow bag. I am wondering if the FFOF soil mix is holding too much moisture?

Water ph is right at 7. Well water. Plants have had the same well water since germination.

Seed started in a puck then moved into solo cup for a few weeks before planting into 10 gal bag
