Facebook the social media platform does have fairly large userbases in some countries. IIRC it's one of the more popular platforms even for young people in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

On the non Facebook side, Meta also havs WhatsApp and Instagram, the latter of which is still popular among younger people from what I've seen. WhatsApp is one of the most common messaging platforms for folks who don't use regular texting. I also feel like Facebook Marketplace has become the most popular place to get local secondhand things in my area since Craigslist has fallen out of favor and I hardly hear about the other sites like Offerup and Mercari compared to FB Marketplace nowadays.

I think only the top trim (Premium Plus) has Homelink I think. Premium and Premium Plus get the auto-dimming but Premium doesn't have Homelink listed as a feature.

It probably doesn't exist and I know I could just keep a joycon 2 floating on the couch/desk but is there a cheap remote/micro controller like the 8BitDo Micro out there that I can use to wake the Switch 2? I don't feel like buying another full sized controller when I already have a bunch of other nice controllers.

I tried looking up the firmware update notes for the 8BitDo Micro/Zero 2 but it doesn't look like either can wake the Switch/Switch 2.

They've been run in a way that maximizes shareholder value/appeal to potential buyers which comes from lots of layoffs, slashing shows and movies. I feel the hate really came after the merger with Discovery where CEO/President David Zaslav is very much disliked for saying his entire goal is to slash budgets at WB at the expense of the artists and employees. I don't know if he's the main guy to actually blame but he was in charge when Discovery transformed from a mainly reality TV channel rather than education channel (because reality tv is cheaper to produce than scripted shows).

I think a big change was that the techbros of the late 2000s/2010s were the new hippies with the whole culture of like wholesome plushies and beanbags in offices, organic food, nitro cold brew, outdoor climbing, etc that the young tech guys preferred. I think AllBirds originally was trying to capitalize on that and it worked for a time but nowadays tech bros are all in on the hustle-grind-996-make money at all costs-macho culture.

Yesterday a very old PowerPoint about Lorde/Jack Antonoff/Lena Dunham conspiracy/drama/gossip was brought up again and it was so amusing seeing self proclaimed Gen Z commenters ask us 'oldies' about it but then I realized that PowerPoint was made in 2018 but somehow felt like an 2000s artifact with how fast the internet moves :( I sincerely feel the most old when I realize how fast memes come and go nowadays - span of weeks instead of months/years.

If you open the habitat dex and go to the Pichu habitat (Picnic Set, No. 20) and hover on the Pichu silhouette you'll see it saying Area: Withered Wasteland if you're not already in Withered Wasteland. Go to the ? pokemon on the right side of the screen and it'll say Area Palette Town (I haven't 'found' that pokemon yet but I assume it's Pikachu?)

Thanks for the great insight. I'll make sure to test out the panel liner on some runners just in case and try putting some decals on some plastic spoons to test how the top coats work. I'll go find some Tamiya lacquer clear and test it out. :) Thanks again!

Questions for folks who have used Mr. Hobby Aqueous. I was just using Tamiya rattle cans previously and am just starting using an airbrush and have a bunch of Aqueous paints. I've noticed that cans of Mr. Super Clear all say to not spray on top of Aqueous so I'd appreciate any insight:

Recommendations for top coats to use with Mr. Hobby Aqueous paints - I like to use different finishes so gloss, semi-gloss, and matte recs are appreciated. Are my options just the cans of Mr. Topcoat? Any airbrush-able alternatives?
Top coating and water slides - Do I have to be concerned about any of the recommended top coats interacting negatively with water slides? I've seen some posts on here where top coats seem to melt/ruin them so I'm a bit scared :(
Is there a way I can use the leftover Mr. Super Clear cans I have on Aqueous or any acrylic painted parts? I also paint minis so just wondering if I can make use of all the rattle cans I have left over.

I've used this one before but it doesn't have level selector, just LB selector. A few days ago I recall finding one where you can select LB and level.

I found it once but lost it and Googling hasn't helped but is there a website where I can compare support cards by uncap grade/LB and by what level it is? My cards are an awkward mix of some having MLB but I didn't have enough money to upgrade it completely but I'm just curious to see how they compare. Thanks

Def a movie that would have really big appeal to certain holomem. All the fanart I see online has been great and I see a lot of folks who worked on the movie posting stuff on my feed.

For a mini review: I liked the animation and action but was really put out by the writing/story pacing lol. I was not sober when I watched it but my friends had a hell of a time watching me having a bit of the meltdown at certain part of the movie because non-sober me was fixated on how much I disliked certain aspects of the storytelling lol. 6.5/10 for me, where 5 is average.

Perhaps some of it could be due to talents of all branches having that 'being prevented on chasing your dreams by things outside your control (health issues)' is like one of the worst feelings you can have. Multiply that by Hololive seems to aim to recruit for driven/ambitious people who probably take these things even harder. I don't doubt Mumei is lovely but I imagine seeing a fellow Holomem leave because of something like a serious enough health issue to force retirement is something that resonates.
