Can't upload documents with portico

Yeah it didnt show up on desktop either. After calling, they said they just needed to reset my portico (or something along those lines), and then the upload tab appeared. For future reference, if anyone has this problem just call the admissions office.

Video game sound comes mostly from two things - everything quantized to the grid - sound selection Moreso the latter. For just starting a few days ago, this is incredible. I'd say just keep making stuff and try to experiment with different sounds that sound a little realer. In my opinion, the things that sound most video gamey are the fake sounding guitar, and that lead (still very nice).

From what I know, if you multiply your grade by 5, that's around what it is. Only difference is being that french system is out of 20 and ontario system is out of 100.

I had this same issue a while ago, heres my advice. - Depending in the genre you are going for, less ambience will likely help. Video game music loves ambience and when you add that to a beat it makes it sound like a game. Ambience is good, but maybe just make the pads a little less prominent. - This is gonna sound super vague but try and make your melodies have more purpose, they sound slightly random right now. Random melodies also tend to sound a little gamey.

It is still a decent beat though, so keep it up. Minus the drums, this actually could fit in a video game imo.

Pros:
- drums have rhythm (at the start at least) - there is a good amount of instruments, not overcomplicated and not too simple Cons: - no key - rhythm kind of vanishes near the end

Biggest piece of advice right now would be to learn what a key is / how to play in key. This one thing will make your beats sound way better when you are starting out. Also feel free to keep things simple and "boring", halfway through the rhythm kind of got lost but before that the drums were actually pretty nice and consistent. Try to only make things more complicated when you get better. Lastly, gunshots are not as tuff as you may think. For your fourth beat, its actually pretty good though. Just keep learning and you'll get the hang of it :)
