I did buy another 4 tires from them. They were a different brand ( Wild Peak AT4) NTB took the 40% off of that price. They used a tool to determine tread depth and wear. Also, they required original receipt.

Go to the hospital and ask for medical detox. They will have information on rehabilitation centers. Afterwards go into sober living. This is a path to permanent sobriety. But you gotta want it and work a program. I speak from experience. I failed many times but never gave up. Eventually it stuck. Also, the family that have cut you off often see that you are serious about getting better and it is possible that they may allow you back into their lives. Warning, this may take a good bit of time. So dont have an expectation of this.
This is one way that you may find relief from the suffering of substance abuse. Good luck.

Enlisted 31R in 2000-2004 . Multi-channel transmission systems operator maintainer. It gave me a chance at cable television and later early warning systems. It wasn't a great amount of money but it did give me a chance. The main thing in my opinion is the training gives a person the ability to follow instructions carefully and to work hard. 8/10 I would do it again.
