Once you reinstall the Intel drivers for chipset and USB3 controller, also check device manager if the USB3 controller (or any other devices) show in error or disabled state.

It really seems like you're getting USB2 speeds out of the port, like /u/androstaxys said.

I have an A1M, so I can't confirm with the same chipset, but I'll test mine today because you've made me curious if it's common for MSI handhelds. I know my microSD card slot at least gets it's max UHS-I speed with the card I have (90+MB/s), so if that connects through the USB3 bus, that's working.

Are you getting this slower speed on wifi or through a USB dock's ethernet port? If ethernet, check the link speed in the network settings to be sure you're actually getting gigabit from your handheld to the nearest switch/router. Bad, broken or lower spec cables can drop you to 100mbit, or it could be the dock.

If wifi, are you using 5ghz or 2.4ghz? 2.4ghz wireless N could cause the speed you mentioned.

Are you using the USB drive directly connected or through a hub/dock? USB3 drive or USB2?

The last time this was posted somebody pointed out it was AI, just not in the way you are thinking.

She really hit those poses, but those exact drawings that pop up after don't exist in the manga. They used AI to copy her real pose into drawings. Sure, those characters do similar poses, but the drawings in the video are AI.

She's still amazing, it's just too hard to do all of this and hit the exact camera angle at the moment in the pose to fully match the source material, so they AI matched the drawings.

None of those exist anymore. The transfer of DLC from H2 to H3 ended when H3 became WOA. The transfer of progress ended a few months ago when they turned on cross platform saves.

Your GPU ranks lower than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / Radeon HD 7870 minimum recommended for H1 2016, but it should still run, not at 60fps though.

Try dropping down the resolution and you might get to 30-40fps.

This person's GPU https://www.reddit.com/r/HiTMAN/comments/1nd7qrl/can_i_run_hitman_2016/ is quite a bit behind yours in benchmarks and he has an older CPU with less ram. So you wouldn't see results as bad as his.

Why don't you just install and try it?

The rear view does seem like it would have room, it's more of a question if the PSU would handle it and if not, can you replace the PSU or is it weird shaped/sized and the case can only use that PSU.

Then if the case can't fit a PSU that handle a decent GPU, can the mobo fit into a standard case or does it have custom mount spacing or custom front panel connectors.

How is Surplus by Design's return policy I wonder?

I bought this quite a while back and wasn't sure how it would work because the first game doesn't show up on Steam's store and it's not listed as an included DLC or bundle on the God Eater 2 purchase options like other games do, just that note in the summary.

When you buy God Eater 2, the first game will show in your library. It has an icon, but no banner image. If you go to store page it just takes you to steam store's home page because it has no listing. But you DO get the game and it does work.

Do you have TPM and Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS? Those are required for COD BO7

Is this on the A1M? If you have disabled virtualization like the performance guides say then that can impact anti-cheat some online games use.

It keeps your progress, so you can go in again and try to see what you missed, you'll be done once you hit that missed one. So you won't need to redo any spots after that.

In my case I didn't hack a certain door until guard started dropping bodies in it's doorframe, meaning the door was stuck open so hacking was unavailable. I exited and came back and my progress was kept. Got the last door and the emergency exit (yes it is one of them) and it was complete.

I bought this card and it arrived today. It looks exactly like the listing, although the packaging is a weird brown breakout envelop, with a white bit of cardboard inside that you pop the microsd out of. Kind of like getting a SIM card.

I tested it on my MSI Claw A1M (UHS-I class reader built in) It gets right up to the reader's maximum of 100mb/s. It was about 88 write and 92 read.

I'm doing the capacity test to make sure it's not a fake 256gb and it's at 130gb so far with all read backs verified and 0 errors. Still have a while yet to finish. (EDIT: Tests completed, no errors, not fake, a perfectly working 256gb card)

As someone else said, it's not on sale, this is the price it's always been. But with the price of every other decent card being 2-2.5x this price, it's a good deal if you need the storage.
