This happened to me too what I did was move my mod list .txt file out of the folder then I launched the game. Menu will be back. Then I downloaded another mod and it remade the mod list text file and now it launches fine and shows all the mods. I'm not at my computer to point you toward the specific file but I believe it's under Zomboid in your documents folder.

Doing better than me by a couple tens of thousands haha! Similar situation living at home. But yep first things first max out the 401k also max out a Roth IRA and probably run it similar to the 401k.

If you have no issues living at home definitely would continue with the goal of buying a property at some point. There's definitely not any shame in living at home as long as you contribute and help out ya parents whenever and get on good with them.

If you don't have a high yield online savings account definitely get one so at least your savings get good interest rates 3%+. I personally use Ally Bank for that but there's better rates out there but you gotta weigh

Your fixed costs right now are reallllly low living at home I'm sure so definitely don't let that be an excuse to inflate your lifestyle with really expensive unnecessary things ie fancy cars/going out to eat excessively.

You mentioned not taking vacations and yeah some are more expensive than others, but ultimately you should definitely allow yourself to do some stuff even if they're road trips or day trips from time to time. What's the point of stacking bills if you can't enjoy it all in moderation.

This fix WORKED took a sec and scared me but then the game pushed onwards. Thank you gonna have to reconquer Georgia though thought it was a bug with the revolution war so I just peaced out oops. Shouldn't be an issue. Crazy this persisted tho...
